Actors Mohit Raina, Roshan Mathew and Sarah Jane Dias will headline the Indian remake of Israeli drama Magpie, which has been titled ‘Kan Khajura’. The show will also star Mahesh Shetty, Ninad Kamat, Trinetra Haldar, Heeba Shah, and Usha Nadkarni, reports deadline.com.

SonyLIV is remaking thriller Magpie in-house after licensing the rights from Israel‘s Yes Studios. Ajay Rai is producing and Chandan Arora is the director.

The original Israeli series follows a convicted murderer, who gets early release after 17 years on the condition that he continues to cooperate with the police as an informant.

“Being part of a thriller is always exciting yet demanding for any actor,” said Mohit.

Actress Lizaa Malik has claimed that late actor Sushant Singh Rajput and actress Kriti Sanon might have denied dating each other, but they were very much in a relationship and looked happy together.

Lizaa had a professional relationship with Sushant, and she says she saw him happy in his relationship with Kriti at a birthday party.

"The last time I met Sushant was some two and a half years back when he was with Kriti. It was during Kriti's birthday celebrations in a Bandra club. The post comes a day after Rhea gave an extensive interview where she opened up about her late boyfriend Sushant and his alleged depression.

New Delhi, Aug 17 (Ians) Television director Kushal Zaveri has opened up on a message he got in the morning of June 14, the day Sushant Singh Rajput died, from Dipesh Sawant, an associate of the late actor. The message was regarding a possible professional deal Sushant was looking forward to, and Kushal says there is no way the late actor seemed depressed.

Kushal, a friend of Sushant, reveals in a conversation with Ians, that the late actor had asked his team to enquire with him about a future commercial deal. He added that he got a message from Dipesh, who was part of Sushant's team, in the morning of June 14 about the deal.

"I got a message on June 14 in the morning from Dipesh, who was staying with him (Sushant), asking about the deal because I was a mediator of that deal. Because some people still thought that I was with Sushant.

American DJ-record producer Diplo and American rapper Machine Gun Kelly will be performing at the upcoming edition of Vh1 Supersonic music festival.
