T.C. Barrera

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, T.C. Barrera was raised with two things: a love for film and a hate for writing biographies. When asked to write a biography, he not-so-famously replied: "A biography?! Why? Just watch the movies, dude." In any case, he built a career around the wonderful Atlanta Film Community in Atlanta, GA, coming up primarily in the assistant directing department as a 1st, 2nd, and 2nd 2nd Assistant Director while stepping into nearly every other aspect of production as well. He believes that film is the great connector between all mediums of art. In this way, he also believes that film can be the great bridge between society, art, and understanding. He likes long walks on the beach and, frankly, prefers margaritas over piña coladas.
