Caterina Young
- Actress
Caterina Young found her love of acting from a young age of being exposed to her parents experiences on set. Born in Tarzana, California, at three months old Young's family moved to Rome, Italy. She lived in Italy for seven years, becoming bilingual in Italian and English and learned Spanish. Once moving back to the States, Young remained involved in theatre, performing a wide range of roles. Her favorite ones include, Tanya in Mamma Mia!, Drowsy Chaperone in The Drowsy Chaperone, and Blanche DuBois in A StreetCar Named Desire. One of her first times on set was for the film Barabbas (2012), where she played the daughter of Samira. After a wonderful experience on set, Young began taking classes at the age of nine at the Ivanna Chubbuck Studio in Hollywood. Her training would expand from there, taking courses at the Juilliard Winter/Summer Intensives, studying with Howard Fine at his studio in LA, and currently attending the NYU Tisch Drama Program under the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. Young has since filmed a pilot called Rossi & White, shot a multitude of short films in NYC, and done a hair commercial for a hair straightening device. Modeling is another interest of hers, this was discovered when she did a photo shoot for the T-Shirt-T brand. Young is currently signed with Cano Model Management in NYC.
