- Amber was born in Landstul, Germany to Erin Kelly (former certified nurses' aide/housewife) and Jeffrey Weinstock (former US Army/truck driver). Upon returning to the United States, her family settled in Tucson, Arizona. Starting in middle school, Amber found her place in theater in high school where her love for acting blossomed. Continuing her education, she obtained a Masters in Psychology from Capella University while continuing to seek out performing arts opportunities from clowning to stand-up to improv she flourished. Following several years working with children with autism, Amber returned to acting in 2015 when she auditioned for and was accepted into AMTC for film/commercial acting and modeling. Sending her to LA and then Orlando to showcase her talent. Amber has been privileged to study film acting under Mark Daughtry with Actor's Collective in Los Angeles and award-winning directors, Alan Williams and Avai D'Amico, with Film Actor Workshops in Arizona. Amber has been rounding out her film production experience as producer, actor, and production assistant in movies such as The Tiny House Movie (2019), All We Have (2019), Amber and Grace (2019), A Cry in The Night (2019), and an O'Rielly Chevrolet commercial. She wrote Still Lively (2018), a heart-warming short film about dating in one's golden years.
