Liz Lafontant is a Haitian-American actress born in Orlando, FL. From childhood she loved entertaining a crowd from fashion, singing and performing. It was not until attending The University of South Florida that she sought out a career in entertainment. Starting her career as a model in Tampa, FL she did many shoots for brands, book covers, posing for painters and so on. She began her acting career in the midst of learning that short models at that time were not accepted in the modeling world. Liz began training with the best acting coaches in FL from Andi Matheny to Kathy Laughlin to Ricky Wayne and Rus Blackwell. Liz studied Stanislavski, Method, UCB Improv, Eric Morris' Process, Chubbuck Technique and continues her studies daily. She has worked with accredited directors such as Tyler Perry and Kevin Smith. Liz has led a horror film entitled the Bayou projected to be out in 2023. Liz rapidly went from working as a recurring Co-star to recurring Guest Star and repeatedly is requested by reputable LA Casting Directors for Series Regular roles and receives great feedback as she is gaining much traction in Hollywood after moving to Los Angeles with no representation in the midst of a global pandemic at the end of 2020. Liz is a rising star and has so much talent and range that the world will soon get to witness.
