Seth Goodfellow is an American Actor of Ashkenazi Jewish, Irish and Cherokee Native American descent. He was born in Florida to a carpenter and a school teacher. Goodfellow's first experiences on stage were early, in church and school plays.
Goodfellow attended Florida State University before transferring to the University of South Florida, where he studied Telecommunications and Advertising. After graduating Goodfellow worked at an advertising, production company where he often hired actors for commercials.
Seeking more creative fulfillment, Goodfellow decided to take an improvisation class. Having always been inspired by the power and impact of film and storytelling he began volunteering and training at a local black box theatre and studio with a long list of notable alumni. It was there that Goodfellow's work was first seen by a casting director visiting from Chicago, which led to his first TV role on Chicago Fire in 2018.
