Luã Brito started his career as music education undergrad at Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) in 2012, there, he joined several extensions and research projects, one of the most important was the experimental music collective "Artesanato Furioso", that group was strongly active in the João Pessoa (and eventually national) experimental music scene from the years 2014-2018. From that initiative, he took part of several branch projects, the two most actives being "whypatterns_" and "club Silencio", both groups developed a performance approach that linked music with cinema and experimental video throughout 2016-2019. In 2013 he started working with cinema, first producing soundtracks and sound designs for audiovisuals productions made by film making students from UFPB (his local university). In the years 2018 until 2021 he's already composed severeal soundtracks and created many sound designs for several professional filmmakers of his state (Paraíba) and from the United States under his company unisonis, which he created to organize and promove the production of music and sound for cinema, documentaries, and for physical and mental activities (meditations).
