Wilson Misago is a renowned film producer, Ceo, and Founder of Zacu Entertainment, one of the leading production companies in Rwanda which is now a part of the Canal+ Group. He has had an illustrious career in the entertainment industry since 2010 and is well-known for his contribution to creating high-quality television dramas in Rwanda Such as Seburikoko,City Maid,Indoto,Ejo si kera et c, with more than 800 hours of programming to his credit. Misago's influence extends beyond his work as a writer and producer, as he has played a significant role in shaping the entertainment landscape of Rwanda.
In 2017, he launched Zacu TV, a pioneering Rwandan subscription video-on-demand (Vod) platform. It has since transformed into the first Rwandan fiction TV channel, exclusively in the Kinyarwanda language, which is now owned by Canal+ Group.
