- Russel Hulsey ("Russ" Hulsey) is an award-winning video artist, painter, poet, performing artist and actor, born and raised in Louisville Kentucky, USA.
- [Russel] Hulsey is a United States Marine Corps combat veteran, having served in the Persian Gulf and the Bosnian War. FACT: The unit he served with also happens to be the same fighter squadron as portrayed in the film "The Great Santini" starring Robert Duvall.
