Mel is an independent filmmaker, director, previs artist, animator and vfx artist from Hong Kong. She attended an animation program in Savannah, Georgia and later worked in the visual effects industry in Los Angeles and is now based in London. Her debut short film Leave with Me (2016) received numerous awards and her vfx works include Thor: Ragnarok and Guardians of the Galaxy.
