In 2021, Marcin won Best Screenplay Award for "Operation Hyacinth" at the national Polish Film Festival. The movie was his feature debut and first Polish Netflix Original ever in the competition.
Marcin's second feature "Detective Bruno", a family comedy he co-wrote, premiered in 2022 and the same years won the Golden Lion in the young audience category at the Polish Film Festival in Gdynia. The film is available on Amazon Prime.
His third feature, "Wyrwa" (The Breach), a psychological thriller based on a popular book by Wojciech Chmielarz, was released in cinemas in 2023 and can be accessed on Canal+ VOD (Poland).
Marcin also writes for television. The latest series he co-wrote - "Black Daisies" (previously "Strange Angels"), produced by Canal+/Balapolis - was among Variety's choice of best shows at MIPCOM Cannes 2023. It premiered on 3rd January 2025 on Canal+ and has already been sold worldwide.
Marcin is currently developing two new series projects for streaming platforms and two feature films for cinema release.
