Benjamin Young(X)

Ben is a talented young actor who has been involved in multiple theatre productions, TV commercials, short films and features. He started acting at the tender age of 6 years and quickly developed a passion for storytelling and expressing himself through acting which also led to his interest in Directing and the whole filmmaking industry. Ben acted & directed his first short film "Crash" when he was 11 years old, about two impoverished brothers who are tempted into a life of crime. "Crash", went on to win two awards: the 2022 NZ Regional First Place Winner and the 2023 International Grand Prize Winner at the International Youth Silent Film Festival. Ben is now 13 years old will be starting high school soon and will continue to also pursue his dream of becoming a successful actor and filmmaker.
