Sarah Alò is a writer, producer, director, actress and comedian. After completing The Second City (Chicago) improvisation program, Sarah began writing screenplays. Her first comedy script, "Love at First Catcall", premiered to a live audience at iO Theater (Chicago). Sarah's second project, a microseries for Instagram "MENACE", premiered in 2017. In addition to going viral on Instagram, "MENACE" received local, national and international press, as well as an Honor for Best Writing by The Webby Awards 2018. Sarah released another comedy short, "Potluck", in 2018. Sarah's newest comedy short, "Red Flag", was an official selection of The Midwest Film Festival 2020, premiering August 2020. Her latest work, "Basic Witches", is set to premiere in 2020. Sarah is also a standup comic.
