Prior to joining Innersight Entertainment, J'mel Burgos was the Senior Account Executive at Black Book Ink. She led the account service department through the fast-paced and highly nuanced creative and production cycles. Burgos's focus on efficiency and attention to detail made her perfect for initiating and facilitating multiple campaigns simultaneously to completion. Her friendliness and professionalism allows her to maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and agency partners.

Some of her leadership roles include Co-Founder and Executive Director for The 6th of May Foundation, A&R for Warner Brothers Records, Co-Founder and Producer for The North Texas Music Festival, Management for Lizard King/Atlantic Records, and Head of Public Relations for TONI&GUY.
