Sarah Davies [She/Her] - Makeup Artist & Hairstylist
Sarah Davies is a multi-award winning and internationally published professional freelance makeup artist and hairstylist, with close to a decade of experience within the industry. Specialising in the beauty, e-commerce, fashion, editorial, SFX, film and TV sectors. Sarah has studied creative and media makeup design to a degree level, obtaining a vast amount of knowledge and expertise.
She possesses a versatile skill set allowing her to create flawless photographic beauty looks for fashion brands and commercial content, for companies such as Raheem Sterling - 1692 Fashion, Mercedes-Benz, Google and Betfred, to working on TV sets for ITV and other various productions. Her job titles have included, Head of Department [HOD], for an upcoming film production named Loynes. Sarah designed concepts for a cast of 60, who required 20 wigs to complete the looks. She managed a team of 8 and together created the aesthetic and appeal the director desired. Additionally, she has been a makeup designer and artist for The Kooks music video 'Connection' [2021] and character/makeup designer and hairstylist [Inc. SFX and prosthetics], for the multi-award winning film The Nocnitsa [2019].
Sarah continuously incorporates her artistic background and unique style into her makeup artistry across all media sectors. This is evident in the recent Alchemist promotional content, where Sarah illustrated and applied body paint designs, to represent each world the client depicted would be within the commercial.
