Nikhil is an experienced writer, filmmaker, actor and editor and a citizen of Australia and a well known face in Sydney for his stage performance and his debut film Pardesh Ek Sapanu, the first ever Gujarati Film shot in Australia.
He is a freelance editor who works for popular studios in Sydney, who make films and documentaries. He was also a Production Manager of a 1.2 Million dollar Australian Feature Film soon to be release. His short film - DON'T on depression, alcohol and suicide prevention, won special critics' awards in Global Shorts, Los Angeles in 2018.
Nikhil is passionate about the art of visual storytelling and has studied Screenplay writing, photography, video editing along with his passion for acting. He also loves to promote career options in the the art and science of cinema to school children as well as adults and teaches short courses on the art of filmmaking which includes story development, script writing, cinematography and editing.
Apart from acting he has very keen in interesting in editing films and is always looking for opportunities to work on and off camera.
