Born and bred in London but of Neapolitan descent, Mariacarla graduated with a degree in Architecture and began her career in architectural visualization before segueing into the world of film and animation, relocating to Naples to take part in MAD Entertainment's feature length animation "Cinderella the Cat". She has since collaborated with MAD as a concept artist, set designer and screenwriter both for feature lengths and shorts.
