Iván Bustinduy was born in Buenos Aires in 1997. He graduated in Film Direction at Universidad del Cine film school, where he works as a professor. He directed the shorts THE SECOND MAN (2021), winning the Méliès Prize in the last Mar del Plata Film Festival; and ANIMAL TRANSPORT (2022), premiered at BAFICI. He coordinates the magazine TAIPEI / Crítica de cine, where he also writes about film and education.
