Samantha is the first Malaysian in history accepted into the 3-year MFA program at the Actors Studio Drama School, and succeeded in raising her entire tuition by launching an online fundraising campaign. The campaign went viral and led to multiple scholarships, corporate sponsorships and public donations from around the globe. 8 months after graduating, she auditioned and successfully became a Lifetime Member of the Actors Studio on her first try.
