Arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 8, 2005 for identity theft,
money laundering and promoting underage prostitution. According to
court documents, Red used a stolen identity and the proceeds from
prostitution to purchase two homes. Federal prosecutors also alleged
Red brought an under-age girl from Phoenix to Las Vegas to turn her out
as a prostitute. He plead guilty on October 12, 2005 in U.S. District
Court to two counts of money laundering. He is scheduled to be released
from Terminal Island Federal Correctional Institution in June
2007.
