Making a great film is all about assembling a great team. That's what it's about for me. In a perfect world there would be no egos, just unlimited professionalism, good humor, and camaraderie. I always want to work in a collaborative environment. That's why I love movie making...it's social and collaborative. I have no interest in taking all the credit for doing everything myself.
