Now more than ever, it is clear that individuals must be willing to speak up, to stand up, and to act based on the belief and acceptance that all humans deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Anyone claiming otherwise is simply trying to use their privilege to minimize or prevent the success of others. We cannot and will not stand idly by and allow the angry ignorant voices of the few to become louder or more frequent than the strength and solidarity of the many. While it may sometimes seem as if the individual tiny minority groups are too minuscule to register against the millions in the majority, we are united and we are stronger. We must never back down from the truth that all humans deserve access to every opportunity so that our world, as a whole, will flourish through the success of the best of who we are as a people. Anything else is simply unacceptable.
