Vipin Mishra is a National Award winning film composer based in Mumbai, India and has scored Original Background Music and Original Songs for feature films with YRF (Aurangzeb), Vijeyta Films (Ghayal Once Again) amongst others.
Some of his work on Netflix includes the much acclaimed web series "Powder" which received as much attention for the score as it did for the writing and performances.
He's also produced music for thousands of television commercials for a wide cross section of brands with the best of creative writers/agencies, production houses/directors.
Not limited to commissioned work, Vipin writes, performs, produces and records Original Indie songs going by the artist name "Vipin Mishra Project". You can find them on YouTube and most digital music streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.
He's also the Co-founder of Songbird Studios in Andheri West, Mumbai. They are a fully equipped set of two studios for music recording and mixing. Prior to turning to music production and eventually film composition, Vipin performed from 1995-2001 with the Indian Rock Band 'Parikrama' as guitar player. He has also performed live with the Indian Folk Band 'Silk Route'. Vipin arrange's and produces his own music.
