In her home town of Chisinau, Moldova, she went to specialized drama school and participated in various school plays. At the age of 14, when she immigrated to Canada with her family, Dasha came across the Russian Youth Theatre in Toronto. She quickly became one of the Theatre's leading actresses and is now on her path to exploring the film industry.
