Rhonda "Bassee" Heard born in Baltimore and raised in NYC until she was 12yrs old studied Theatre at Arena Playhouse in Baltimore MD and studied Dance at Alvin Ailey American Dance Center in NYC she later appeared in The HBO critically acclaimed television series "The Wire" Season 4 EP43 where she played the girlfriend of "Cutty" Chad Coleman's character. Bassee has performed in countless Plays and Videos within her acting career and she now lives in Atlanta GA.......
