Nathan worked as a summer camp counselor for 5 summers during college. He worked two summers at Camp Sealth on Vashon Island, and three summers at Camp Hilltop in the Catskills of Upstate New York. While working as a counselor Nathan was a certified Archery Instructor, Lifeguard, windsurfing and sailing instructor, campfire director, Ropes Course certified instructor, music instructor, and drama instructor.
