Ben Grund is a Chinese-American writer and producer from New Jersey, now based in Brooklyn. His previous writing work includes projects with Roadside Attractions, Cherokee Film, the comedy short film Fake (HollyShorts), and the screenplay for Walk the Earth (Cannes Short Film Corner.)
He has worked for the last eight years with Academy Award-nominated screenwriter, producer, and director J.C. Chandor, most recently as a Co-Producer on Sony Marvel's Kraven the Hunter (now in theaters), starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Russell Crowe. His other film credits with Chandor include the Netflix original film Triple Frontier (2019), starring Ben Affleck and Oscar Isaac; and Viper Club (2018), starring Susan Sarandon. He has also developed feature films and television projects with Chandor's producing partners, Neal Dodson and Anna Gerb. He graduated from Colorado College with a degree in Religion and Film in 2014.
