Elisa Lyew
Elisa Lyew is a Panamanian-born chef based in New York, NY. Elisa is the owner and executive chef of Elisa's Love Bites Dessert Atelier, a gluten-free bakery that specializes in health-conscious desserts.
A graduate of New York's renowned Fordham University, Elisa has been steadily working as a pastry chef in various New York City restaurants over the years (including Gusto Ristorante e Bar Americano, Emporio, Hotel on Rivington, Hopeland, and The Flatiron Room) and in 2016 opened her first bakery in Bushwick, Brooklyn. In 2020, Elisa's Love Bites opened a new location in New York City's East Village neighborhood.
