Tonja is an actor turned manager/producer with a passion for film, television and media. She has several television and film credits in supporting and leading roles and new projects in the works as a producer. While she loves comedy, Tonja looks forward to projects that require depth and grit. Her background as a performer and visionary goes back to her early childhood where she did modeling as a teen as well as numerous performances as a singer, actor and host. She was also a competitive horse rider and rodeo queen.
Through helping her daughter fulfill her passions as a performer, her son fulfill his goal to play D1 baseball at Texas Tech University, as well as mentoring many others,Tonja was drawn back into entertainment, finding her true calling. Tonja has used her marketing, mentoring, interior design and story telling to take a clean slate and make it a piece of art. Whether training up talent on the screen, writing, producing, or directing, Tonja has a gift for empowering stories and people.
Tonja is the founder and president of EmpoWORD2B & EmpoWORD Media & Talent. She wrote and is executive producer of "Wisdom County Ranch" and "Mama's Love" and was producer, director involved in most aspects of the award winning documentary, "Hope Lives in Hohenwald".
