Another one of those "ooh yeah kids will like that" shows.
Being in the demographic of kids they're aiming the shows towards(6 - 12), I can confirm that this is just trying way too hard. Nickelodeon has released mind-boggling trite before, have a look at the Thundermans and School of Rock. But this? This has reached a new level of low.
Lets start off with the characters.
Babe, is pretty much Carly(from, well, iCarly), but younger, more obnoxious and pretty much worst in every aspect.
Kenzie is just the "nerd" stereotype. She wears glasses and does that unfunny "9 questions" joke that just kills me inside. Not to mention, she is extremely ANNOYING and no "nerd" does the crap she does. How do I know? Because I'm pretty much a nerd myself, and let me just say, being a nerd does not mean wearing glasses and being, whatever shes doing.
Hudson is a moron. That's all you need to know. He's an unfunny moron too. And introducing the token black characters! Triple G and Double G. What the actual hell are these names? Basically they were introduced because Double G's(who is a rapper(and a bad one too)) song was used in Babe and Kenzie's game(a doodle jump/flappy bird rip-off) and are trying to sue them(Kenzie is an idiot and not all smart since she doesn't have knowledge of copyright). If I could describe these two in one word, it would be obnoxious.
The humor is awful. Explosions, unfunny punchlines, using Hudson as a joke dispenser and being "OH YEAH SO FUNNY AND RANDEM XDDDD" doesn't translate to comedy. It means that you should fire your comedy writers.
I could go on, but after watching about two episodes and stopping after that, means that you have utterly FAILED at captivating my attention. But the worst part is Dan. Releasing Drake & Josh, iCarly and more, I expected something better from him. But when Sam & Cat aired, I realized that this network has officially lost it in the sitcom department. At least Harvey Beaks, The Loud House, and Spongebob are still things. But then again, we also have Alvin and the Chimpmunks.
Good job Nickelodeon. If there's one thing I can count on you to be, its to be extremely pandering.
