Don Roobles has rapidly become a name signaling: "must avoid!" - a pornographer whose work is beneath contempt. His day job is crewing on quality porn, but when he's in charge, watch out.

This is the second of his offerings I've sat through and both were terrible. His specialty is pro-am projects -casting from the usual cadre of sexy British femmes and then pairing them with a deadly combination of guys off the street (probably unpaid for the privilege of mingling sexually with stars) and some big-dicked male performers slumming. Harking back many decades to the era of stag movies, he doesn't show the males faces (except by mistake -the man is sloppy if nothing else) on screen, so the way you can spot the pro males is the difference between a four inch and a nine inch cock.

He's a wrangler for what he terms "dogging missions", namely no-budget trips into the hinterlands or remote car parks to photograph (staged) the peculiarly British lowlife phenomenon of lonely guys wanking off and getting sucked off by whores or "sex performers" I guess you'd call them. As dispiriting as this sounds on this side of the pond, the aspect of watching it on a video is even worse.

But for "Cum Party" he has a professional crew like that used by top helmers like Anjali Kara and DiSanto, but the content is still worthless. 5 vignettes present attractive femmes suffering through the ignominy of tugging guys off, blowing them or even having some sex, condoms optional but usually present, and everyone yakking and giggling as if drunk. Or perhaps the femme performers have to get drunk to stoop to this.

Tamara Grace is one of the unfortunate participants, but the otherwise laudable star is perhaps merely trying to move up in the porn world, however crudely, as she receives screen credit for booking the video's roster of talent. Other excellent performers appear including buxom Sasha Rose, the great Loz Lorrimar and Karlie Simon, while Barbie Styles was new to me and Krystal Pink merely guest stars to provide some lesbian action.

Why a couple of the actresses, including Tamara, are dressed up in skimpy but clearly Santa Claus-themed outfits is beyond me - perhaps this was a secret U.S. co- production with meager funding raised from Ricky's, the party costume chain? It's sad to contemplate that an entire genre of "dogging" videos exists, made in England, sort of the destitute XXX man's equivalent to our nation's sorry gift of "Girls Gone Wild" crap to the world. Bringing the action indoors as Roobles does here doesn't make for much of an improvement.
