This spoof of cooking shows features a cast of drag queens (including the earliest film appearance of RuPaul) had became a meme of sorts after its rediscovery in the late 2000's
and has a solid fan base of enthusiasts. Described as a cooking mantra where the characters are making a sandwhich and then later on getting the inclusion of a special ingredient
brought by a sort of elf creature (amazing makeup work), it is too short for me to actually have a saying about its quality (or lack of) or even find some appeal with its humor. I'm
still in the dark about figuring out what was the big deal of it as many commentators tend to expose in other medias. Image quality is incredible, it looks as something made recently
evoking the campy vibes of the 1980's but it was shot in that decade, in fact. A truly odd experience, didn't make anything for me but it was made in the best of spirits and humor, so
it gets this symbolic grade from me and I wonder if Hellmanns would agree with this being a commercial for them. 5/10.
