This twelve-minute featurette takes a look at the robots and the special effects of CHOPPING MALL. Artist Robert Short is on hand to discuss the special effects and what all it took to make them work on the screen. We also get a few comments from director Jim Wynorski and cast members Russell Todd, Barbara Crampton and Kelli Maroney. Fans of the film will certainly love hearing from Short who talks about the robot creations and how some things had to change with the budget. The twelve-minute running time is just enough to give you a great idea of what it was like to be on the set and watching these robots do their things. The cast say some very kind words about their impression of the robots and Short certainly gives some very good details about making them work.
