So Unbelievably Bad!

The Killer Clown Meets The Candy Man is kinda like an extremely goofy what if alternative universe idea if serial killers John Wayne Gacy hung out with Dean Corll one day. Seeing how similar these killers are does make for an interesting concept, but unfortunately the outcome is completely awful! Now I get this movie is intentionally bad but just because it's intentionally does not make it funny. And trust me this movie is far from funny. The only thing laughable is how bad this whole production is. Everything about this is cringey and feels dollar bin quality. The only real laugh I had is when they showed Charles Manson. Besides that this is crap all around!
