The movie tells the story of two young friends that rent a house in a remote area. They meet Tad, the owner, a fitness freak,vgvvy and he begins to show up all the time. Tad begins to take over their stay, crossing the line of playing host to the young couples.

But people who are expecting non-stop action and jump scares from the off won't get it here, but stick with it and the third act is well worth the wait. It's high tension and a whole lot of fun movie.

Fans of horror movies definitely will hate this one, because it's just an indie flick without creepy scenes.

The cast saves this movie. The acting is really good from everyone, I wouldn't be surprised if we see Katelyn Marie and Brady Burleson Johnson start popping up in a lot more indie horror.
