Handy Bean

The original Mr. Bean TV shows were among the best and funniest shows I've ever seen. While I was not a huge fan of the cartoon series that followed, they had their own charm. So, when I heard there was a NEW live action series, "Handy Bean", I was thrilled! Imagine my surprise when I watched this garbage pile marketed as Mr. Bean!

Why am I so mad? Well, these are NOT new Mr. Bean episodes starring Rowan Atkinson. Instead, Mr. Bean is supposed to be doing and making stuff and you mostly only see his hands and hear a few Bean comments. But the hands are NOT Atkinson's and the comments are all snippets from the cartoon! And, when you do see brief glimpses of Bean, it appears to be old clips of him which are superimposed into the screen. Overall, a pathetic excuse for a Bean series...one deliberately intended to fool fans. For shame for making this!!!
