In this action comedy sequel, Stephen Chow stars again as SWAT team leader Detective Sing Chow, he goes undercover at a high school after being demoted to traffic duty. This time he takes on a terrorism case to show his superiors that he can still be a cop to be reckoned with.

As with many of Stephen Chow's films, this one has no shortage of slapstick humor and ridiculous action-comedy. Chow proves again that he could do action as well when he tries to deal with the band of terrorists, and also do some romance scenes, courtesy with school official Miss Ho (Sharla Cheung).

This sequel has much goofy scenes here and there, and sometimes you wonder if you could take the plot seriously, but this was still a pretty good film and was rather entertaining.
