Píppi Meialonga

The Pippi Longstocking animated series is sort of a reboot of her animated movie, but there are more adventures to join Pippi and her friends on. Join Pippi, Mr. Nilsson (her monkey), Tommy and Annika, and her horse named Horse as they sail the sea, fly in a balloon, and go on other great adventures. You also get the chance to see Pippi outwit the two crooks, Thunder Karlson and Bloom, out of stealing Pippi's chest of gold coins.

If you like reading Astrid Lindgren's classic stories of this funny redheaded, pigtailed, freckled-faced nine-year-old, you'll enjoy watching Pippi's adventures come to life in this delightful series which I recommend with the animated movie.
