Just look at the title, can you go wrong with this?? No! It's brilliant! Lots of cheesy action in this flick, with characters like: Powder King, Mad Man, Strong Boy, Big Dad etc..very inventive names!
Short Summary: A city is having trouble with violent criminals, already in the first couple of scenes we see a bunch of random guys getting killed by assassins, with good gore effects too! (for this kind of movie) - then the incompetent police must find a bunch of specialists to fight crime for them...They find 4 or 5 people (more joins the force along the way), and they call them all: "The Jaguar Force"!
Highlights: At one point one of the good guys is chasing a baddie who crawls down from a highway bridge, and then jumps onto the freeway in a stunt which looked very spontaneous and extremely dangerous for the actors, and suddenly the bad guy runs into a small kid on his bike, crashing the bike and scaring the kid, I can't believe they kept it in the movie! But it was great! This was one of the highlights of many!
There's also a gay guy called "Girly", who get's his head half-shaven by the gangsters, because they wanna scare his dad or something, and when he appears in the movie later, his hair is back to normal! We also have a small bellboy-outfitted mini Michael Jackson midget-boy in this movie, who's one of the bad guys, and he's so ugly, I laughed my ass off every time I saw him! He doesn't scare anyone! And one mustn't forget the put-a-gun-in-mouth, pull-the-trigger, show-a-bright-light, show-bald-doll-head-getting-blown-away part, remember to freeze-frame or slow that part, very poorly made. Hilarious!
Recommended for those who love cheesy Asian movies from the eighties! This one is one of the best! (make sure to get the non-widescreen version, where you can't see people when they're talking! Seeing a closet or a sofa midscreen when somebody is talking about something important off-screen is a good way to get a cheap laugh!)
