The film is about some fictional society where some "flawless" people live in a palace and the others (poor, sick and disfigured people) live in the surrounding mud. The people in the palace strive for eternal youth and a perfect look. The ruler falls in love with a lady (Alyssa) who has this eternal youth and a secret. As the ruler uncovers her secret and wants to leave her she wounds him in the face so that he is not flawless anymore and get thrown out of the palace. The ex-ruler then gets to know the life outside of the palace and his true feelings and leads the revolution of the poor people against the palace...
The story and characters were bad and predictable and the whole movie failed to deliver its messages (which I think it tried really hard). The stage play like acting was out of place, too. You could give it a try if you like freaked out, non-mainstream, low-cost productions that try to be artistic...
