- CuriosidadesDuring the "Loading" scene, the game display different text about the rules and techniques to become a real rock star. One of them is, "Do not eat things that were thrown on stage." This is a classic Rock 'n' Roll reference about Ozzy Osbourne's similar incident. While performing on stage, a fan threw a bat on stage. Ozzy bit the head off it and then he discovered it was a real dead bat!

I remember when GH2 came out. it was kind of a little thing, like the special Olympics. but i never heard of the first guitar hero game. and if it had publicity on TV, just imagine how much it would have sold.
Well, in guitar hero, you have a guitar that looks like a fisher-price toy, but in reality, it can play some really awesome music if you hold the frets down and strum the strum bar. and thats the whole idea. but how do you know which frets to hold and strum? well, on the screen a "fretboard" will show the notes coming at you on the screen and when they're on the line, thats when you strum. the whole idea is to get the most points as you can.
and, it is awesome.
unfortunately, it's not very big. there's only 30 or so songs you would know, while there's maybe 10 - 15 bonus songs, that makes a soundtrack of 45 songs. i know that sounds big, but compared to the modern guitar hero games, that isn't.
bottom line, if you love the guitar hero series, this one is where the nostalgia's at. all of the music is mainly made before 2000, so, as a kid, you could play this, and your mom or dad could walk in and hear a song you're playing and enjoy it.
