Days of Darkness

When I turned this movie on, I was hoping for a halfway decent zombie flick with good effects and a memorable plot. However I got a pretty bad movie with an interesting idea but a pretty bad execution.

The characters are ludicrous and the dialogue is needlessly sexual and so dumb and annoying that not even a 12 year old could enjoy. The plot is rather simple except that the movie has a certain idea that could have potentially made a great movie with a higher budget and other people involved. The acting is also pretty bad and it's pretty much impossible to root for anyone in this movie since all the characters are ridiculously stupid. The zombies look pretty boring and have no noteworthy makeup or specific design, however I have to give credit that the movie tried to use lots of practical effects instead of CGI. But then again a lot of the time some action happens, the camera for some reason flashes or simply doesn't show what's going on.

Even for me (as a pretty big zombie fan) this movie was pretty bad and I definitely won't recommend. [3,1/10]
