At first glance this is an unrated soft porn film but then one notices the cast members who are big in hard core films so which one is it? Viewing the film on DVD gives the impression that this could have been hard core but then the hard bits were edited out. Some scenes are very explicit but there are no penetration or money shots.
A couple of sex scenes could have been handled a bit better. The problem is the usual one of the director thinking that close-ups are the way to do it, with the consequence that we get close-ups of peoples' heads - and in one case a close-up of someone's shoulders - when a medium shot would have resulted in a better view of the naked lovers. The best scenes in my opinion are Shelby and Dax, (Angela Davies and Danny Pape) and Kate (Chloe)and Dax, with Misty (Jezebelle Bond) the hot nurse and Dax a close third. Being a porn film, there has to be variety and so there is an inter-racial lesbian scene with Kayla and Betty (Dee and August) and a three-way with Kayla, Betty and Nicky (Tony Tedeschi). There is also an orgy scene thrown in for good measure.
There is a plot of sorts about rock star Dax Payne having to hire a nurse, Kate to look after him and the difficulties this brings to her relationship with boyfriend Chad (Matt Dalipaz). As a sexy drama, it is well written but the direction lets it down.
