Dou Luo Da Lu

This TV series is based on a book, but it's a modified version with added elements about the growing pain, success and exciting fighting to gain more skills/powers of a group of youth especially "Tang San" . There are splendid scenes with special effects. On top of that, Xiao Zhan, who is acting as Tang San, did an excellent job in portraiting Tang San since he's still a teenager. From the a bit of unconfident boy till he went through so much with friends, teachers, loved one together, finally became the most power one, Xiao Zhan showed step by step how Tang San grew up. Besides the fighting, the pain, the affection, the investigation game, this TV series is quite funny from time to time. Overall speaking this is an excellent TV series worth watching.
