Gentrifying with Giada

Giada and company kind of move to a spacious, super-expensive flat in DUMBO, and she sort of strolls around these very curated streets and stores (note the very few wide angle shots) to showcase an area that has been gentrified to oblivion, in a way. Her recipes are good, as usual, but it's kind of the presentation of them that can sort of grate -- "chicken cutlets" as "fried chicken" when "chicken cutlets" is normal and common, in a way.
