Edward van Gils, Lenny Netteb and Issy Hamdaoui were all live action performers for the EA-Sports game FIFA Street. Motion capturing is a hi-tech technique which captures the movement of a real player in order to create realistic motion in a 3D computer generated character or cartoon character animation. This technique is used in many computer games, movies and cartoons.
EA Sports, the developer of the biggest sport games in the world, approached them after the big hype around street football a few years ago. Lenny Letteb, Issy Hitman and Edward van Gils had their character in Fifa Street I and II.
They will also be in the upcoming game Fifa Street 4 that will be released March 2012.
