Interesting drama with comic overtones as Wesley Barry climbs into the boxing ring in order to come up with the money to buy a partnership in a garage. He can't fight, but produces what the in-movie audience sees as good comedy matches. Chester Conklin has a good comedy part and the boxing scenes in which the hero gets beaten -- in several cases by well-known boxers of the era -- are convincingly brutal.
