One of the most exciting TV shows in 2024 I've watched.
The director, the cast, the visual effect and the screen writer are all contributing their best to this top quality TV show.
Some mentioned the Ep17-19 are a bit off the tone when compared to the first half (Ep1-10) intense gangster feel; however, I disagree, it was quite necessary life experience for the leading role - Xing changing his mind-set and perspective about remaining in Daban; Also, this show def made the fame for the supporting actor Qilin Jiang (the role of Dan Tuo) at age of 38 (born in 1985, show shot in 2023), he's finally got his "Role of Life", hopefully, there would be a prequel spin-off mini show designed for him (2 to 3 ep or a TV movie), it got a huge market need, I'm pretty sure.
