Review of Soch - A Perception
26 September 2024
Warning: Spoilers
Soch shows us that there is gender gap bias is still prevalent in mainstream India. To add to the gender bias, we have a communal bias layered on top. The storyline of the movie itself makes me, as the viewer, think that the murdered victim is a result of communal violence but later it was made clear that the murder was a result of a deranged man's ego being hurt.

The movie starts off well and kept me engaged. Different theories were being offered as to what actually happened and everything seemed possible. What really surprised me in the end was when the muslim friend kills himself because because of the accusations put on his riligon as a whole for the death of the girl.
