Warning: Spoilers
On this episode, the landlord is suing his tenant for breaking her lease three months before it was done. He's showing her for 5000 and she's counseling him for 2500.. She said the reason she moved out was because she felt unsafe because he would argue with his girlfriend all the time and one night she heard a girlfriend saying stop that hurts and she called the cops in the next day. He told her don't ever talk to my girlfriend, Julie again..

When the judge asked the landlord to leave the courtroom so she could just talk to his fiancé Julie she asked Julie questions about him being a good person if he's ever hit her and she shakes her head and says no, but won't look at the judge she's looking down every time she answers a question.

This indicates that she is lying and he has hit her before. However, if these are just actors, she acted very much, so like a real person who was abused with act trying to cover for the person abusing her.. Why are these no longer real cases? Why are these actors?
